This Privacy Policy applies to the watch games published by Playzooka
("we," "us," "our"), including WristBubbles and our other games for
Apple Watch (watchOS), Wear OS, Garmin, and Zepp OS devices (each, the "App").
We built our games to be simple and respectful of your privacy. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.
Information we collect
None. Our games do not collect personal data. Specifically:
- We do not require an account, login, email address, or sign-up.
- We do not collect your name, contact details, or location.
- We do not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, health data, or
other personal information on your device.
Your game progress (such as which levels you have unlocked) is stored only on your device by the operating system. We cannot see it, and it never
leaves your watch unless your device maker syncs it as part of your own
device backup, under that company's privacy policy.
How your information is used
Because we do not collect any personal information, we have nothing to use,
sell, or share. We do not sell or rent data to anyone, for the simple reason
that we do not have any.
Third-party platforms
The App is distributed through device and app stores (for example, Apple App
Store, Google Play, Garmin Connect IQ, and the Zepp / Amazfit app store).
These platforms may independently collect information when you download or use
the App, governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We do not
receive that information.
In-app purchases (Zepp OS version only)
The Zepp OS version of the game offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock
the full game. Purchases are processed by KiezelPay, a third-party
licensing and payment service. To validate a purchase, KiezelPay may process a
device identifier and a purchase code. We do not receive your name or payment
card details. KiezelPay's handling of this information is governed by its own
privacy policy, available at https://www.kiezelpay.com.
Children's privacy
Our games are suitable for all ages and do not knowingly collect any
information from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no
data at all, no personal information from children is ever gathered.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted
on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after
changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
